This past Wednesday, President Biden signed an Executive Order entitled, “Advancing Equality for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Individuals.” 

“The Federal Government must defend the rights and safety of LGBTQI+ individuals. It is therefore the policy of my Administration to combat unlawful discrimination and eliminate disparities that harm LGBTQI+ individuals and their families, defend their rights and safety, and pursue a comprehensive approach to delivering the full promise of equality for LGBTQI+ individuals, consistent with Executive Order 13988 of January 20, 2021 (Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation),” states the Order. 

This order is the most sweeping Presidential Executive Order to date in American history throwing the full weight of any president’s Executive Branch to elevate the LGBTQI+ issues, not just in the United States, but using U.S. taxpayer’s monty to embedded this policy into U.S. foreign policy. 

Simultaneously this action is being taken within the debate of whether U.S. minors can decide without their parental permissions to receive hormone blockers, whether parents should give their permission for hormone blockers for minors, or whether hormone blockers are the right course for minors, who choose to change gender, and many discussions on whether sex and gender education  with children as young as in kindergarten and first or second grade is appropriated. 

Biden’s global scope, which is obviously a PHARMA gain for his campaign because no child going through a medical transition can do this without drugs is a gain for the PHARMA industry has a domino effect unlike no other. President Biden’s order is transparent to get out the vote during the  U.S. primaries, but if held in place will influence the world. This executive order raises serious questions about how President Biden is using his executive authority to use U.S. taxpayers’ money via the U.S. State Department to “normalize” transgender policy. President Biden has instructed his Executive branches to embed his orders into U.S. domestic and foreign policy.   

President Biden has ordered his Secretaries of Health and Human Services (HHS), Dept of Education, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Dept of State, Dept of Treasury, USAID, which falls under the U.S Depart of State and, U.S. Embassies and Missions, Center for Disease Control (CDC), National Institute of Health (NIH), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to fall into step by this executive order. 

President Biden has called upon those in his executive branches to address conversion therapies to “consider whether so-called conversion therapy constitutes an unfair or deceptive act or practice,” for those who claim to be transgender, and has called upon the American leaders under his authority at Treasury, HHS, State, and USAID “to develop an action plan to promote an end to its use around the world,” clearly admitting to President Biden’s global ambitions.

President Biden’s Executive Order even calls upon the Secretary of State “ to consider the use of United States foreign assistance programs and the United States voice and vote in multilateral development banks and international development institutions,” to advance this LGBTQI+ policy with taxpayers’ money even if they do not support it while President Biden’s poll numbers are tanking.
